Bauang Private Power Corporation tasked Miescor to provide detailed engineering of 15.0 Kilometer Black Oil line from Caltex depot located at Poro Point in San Fernando to Bauang Diesel Power Plant. This is the alternative scheme of fuel source of the power plant.
