Mr. JESUS P. FRANCISCO is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Meralco. He is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He has a Master's Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management and completed the International Senior Managers' Program, an off-campus management program of Harvard Business School and the Strategic Business Economics Program of University of Asia and the Pacific. He is also the Chairman and President of MIESCOR subsidiaries and Director of other Meralco subsidiaries.

Mr. FELIPE B. ALFONSO holds a bachelor of laws from the Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA from the New York University. He is Vice-Chairman of Meralco and Co-Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees , Asian Institute of Management(AIM), and the Executive Director of the Ramon V. del Rosario , Sr. AIM Center for Corporate Responsibility. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Metrobank, Benpres Holdings Limited, Bauang Private Power Corp., First Private Power Corp., Jollibee Foods Corp., Bacnotan Consolidated Industries, Inc., Coca-cola Foundation of the Philippines and Wockhardt Limited of India and Hambrecht & Quist Philippines, Inc.

Mr. MONICO V. JACOB holds a bachelor of laws from the Ateneo de Manila University and and Bachelors of Arts from the Ateneno de Naga. He is at present the President and CEO of STI Education Services Group; Chairman of CEO's Inc., a business and management consulting firm ; Chairman of Grow Inc., a professional placement company; and Vice-Chairman of CBV Asset Management Corp. He is also a partner in the law firm of Jacob and Jacob. His areas of specialty are in energy, corporate law and corporate recovery and rehabilitation work. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Philsteel Corp, Steel Corp, Filipino Merchant Insurance Corp, Jollibee Foods Inc., and I-Academy.

Mr. DANIEL D. TAGAZA is Executive Vice-President and Comptroller of MERALCO. Mr. Tagaza, a Certified Public Accountant completed his B.S. in Commerce from Araullo Lyceum. At present, he is also Director and Treasurer of Meralco Energy, Inc. and Corporate Informations Solutions, Inc., Director of General Electric Philippines, Meter & Instruments Co., Philippine Commercila Capital, Inc., and Mutual Fund Co. of the Philippines, and Trustee of Meralco Pension Fund and MMLDC Foundation, Inc.

Mr. RICARDO V. BUENCAMINO is Senior Vice-President and heads both Networks and Transmission and Distribution Offices of Meralco. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology and a Masters in Management from Asian Institute of Management. He is also Director of the following companies: Meralco Energy, Inc., Asian Center of Energy Management Corp., General Electric Philippines Meter and Instrument Co., Inc. and trustee of CEPSI Philippines, Inc. He also serves as Director of Miescor USA and Landbess Corp.

Mr. RAFAEL L. ANDRADA, the present Treasurer of Meralco, completed his B.S. Degree in Commerce, Major in Management from De La Salle University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Rockwell Land Corp., First Private Power Corp., Bauang Private Power Corp., and other Meralco subsidiaries. He also served Gateway Business Park as Vice-President for Finance and Operations and Benpres Holdings Corp as Vice-President for Finance.

Mr. ROBERTO R. ALMAZORA is First Vice-President and Head of Supply for Meralco. Before assuming the position of Supply Head in August 2003, he was Chief Information Officer, in-charge of Meralco's Information System, Information Technology and Telecommunications group. He holds a Master in Business Management from Asian Institute of Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He also sits in the board of several Meralco subsidiaries.

Ms. LEONISA C. DE LA LLANA, currently Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services and Corplan Process Administrator of Meralco, earned her bachelor of arts degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, then received an M.A. in Economics from the Utah State University. Aside from MIESCOR, she sits in the board of MMLDC Foundation, Inc., CEPSI Philippines, Inc., and Asian Center for Energy Management Corp. She is also the Corporate Secretary of Soluziana Philippines, Inc., and Vice-Chairman and trustee of Meralco Millenium Foundation Inc.

Mr. WILFREDO L. YABYABIN is the Assistant to the Chairman of MIESCOR, Assistant to the President of MBI and General Manager to Landbees Corp. Formerly Vice President and Head of Corporate Distribution Office of Meralco, he has a thirty eight and a half years of experience in the field of transmission and distribution (T&D) lines, studies, design, procurement, warehousing, operation and maintenance. He completed various T&D trainings both here and abroad, notably the 7-month T&D Equipment Study Session sponsored by the Association of French T&D Equipment Manufacturers in France. Mr Yabyabin, a professional Electrical Engineering, earned his B.S. Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute Technology.

Mr. LUCITO L. SANTOS is Vice-President and Head of Corporate Logistics Office of Meralco. Prior to his current appointment, he was Head of Network Planning and Construction Process and of North Transmission and Distribution. He holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology. He also serves as Director of MIESCOR USA, Inc. and Landbees Corp.

GODOFREDO R. DAYRIT is Senior Assistant Vice-President and Head of Energy Management of Manila Electric Company (Meralco). He is also a member of Meralco's Human Resources and Purchasing Committees. Aside from being a member of its Board of Directors, Mr. Dayrit acts as the General Manager of Miescor. He also serves as Director of three Miescor subsidiaries; Landbees Corp., Miescor USA, and Miescor Builders Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Dayrit has handled various significant transmission line and substation projects both for Meralco and Miescor in Luzon and Mindanao, particularly, the Kalayaan - Naga 500kV Transmission Line Project and served as Consultant for the Cagayan Valley Electrification Project of National Power Corp.

Mr. ALFONSO Y. LACAP, JR. completed his bachelor of laws degree from Lyceum of the Philippines. He is currently Assistant Vice-President and Head of Corporate Legal of Meralco. He also served as Director and Treasurer of Meralco Employees Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (MESALA) and Corporate Secretary of Corporate Informations Solutions, Inc.

Mr. RAUL G. CORALDE earned his bachelor of laws degree from Far Eastern University. He is Senior Manager and Head of Tax and Tariff Realty Services of Meralco. He also sits as Director and Corporate Secretary of Meralco Employees Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (MESALA).
